Sorry this has to be as bad as it gets. No player up to the job. Sod you have a massive job on your hands. Enough to put you to sleep watching this crap. I really thought today would be the day, but we are poor very very poor.
Didn't listen to the game today because I had better things to do but when I saw the score I said to myself that it was rather predictable even though I forecasted a City win. I don't care what you think but surely the positives out there must know by now that the rebuild is looking like it won't get off the ground. Bristol City is a dysfunctional organisation that has been failing it's ardent followers for years and the smoke and mirrors attitude will not get us up the table. Realistically how many of you saw anything positive out on the pitch today? Posh came down with us last season but clearly have prepared themselves better than City, and unless things improve soon we could be in more serious trouble than we could even imagine last year. How can we get it so wrong so many times and yet still stick our heads in the sand and use lame excuses such as we are improving and time will make us better. Get real!
City are shocking, I wouldn't waste my time or money on them anymore, it's the same old crap rinse and repeat. watched city for 30 years, TBH they have not moved on, currently were going backwards, I see a spell in the conference at this rate.
Oh **** off Posh managed to keep their best players an get new ones in with the sale of gayle but what is up with our players Brendan Greg and frank all need to be dropped
Utterly unacceptable result and in a division this weak (Wolves aside) what does that make us ? This simply can't continue unchecked as we'll be in the bloody conference in a couple of seasons at this rate.
Omg Watching that was scary...... Wtf was the commitment to a cause..... Jet prime example and Cunningham looking like he was tied to an elastic band....... The more o'driscoll seems to get his teeth into this team the worse they seem to be getting.... Role on Tuesday where were probably win 3-0
Not looking very good in the rebuild stakes right now and I have lost interest in whether we are capable of turning it around. Very concerned doesn't even start to explain my emotions as I can see absolutely no change in the club's attitude and all the feel good nonsense coming out of the boardroom seems to have a very hollow ring at this moment.
Dear Mr Angry and Friends Really, the bluster, nonsense and ignorance (and grammar) on this site by some people is staggering. Some of you need to have your blood pressure checked. We are, and have been, for most of our existence, a 2nd/3rd division club. The odd dip into the 4th, and a glorious moment in the sun of the 1st. What on earth are your expectations? It seems some of you derive no pleasure in supporting your team. Being a fan. Living with the occasional success and equally with the regular disappointments. If you can't enjoy yourselves, why do you do it? If all you can feel is anger and rage, why do you do it? Of course it's upsetting to see the club you love (I think... though it's a strange kind of love I detect from you) having a bad time. But, come on. Get a grip. Grow a backbone. Don't be such a pussy. Come on you Reds.
A damn site better than we've had over the last 30 years This is the 7th biggest city in the country. We've spent more money on utter crap over the years than most of our competitors, and here we are on the verge of the 4th division If O'Driscoll isn't the man to turn this around, and I'm far from convinced that he is, then we need to find someone who is because this can't go on it's just one big bad joke
7th biggest City and between us and the Rovers we can't even get a decent Premiership side, instead us stupid C$%ts are over the moon if we are bouncing around in the championship, we'd be happy if the top 6 in league one.
It was like watching a training game,no sweat or tears,no passion or commitment. I'm of to see Micky flanigan hopefully he can cheer me up.
Never lose an opportunity do you. Regardless of thee OFF FIELD goings on, this is mostly a NEW TEAM of hopeful young players who will take some time to bond and get going. The point is that these players are untainted by the history of the club, they are oblivious to what has gone on before here so STOP making a correlation between the past failings of the people in charge and the new team or it will rub off soon on them soon.
A sadly predictable result. I can't see us winning until December to be honest. Hopefully that won't be too late.
Well, that was dire. Fielding is an absolute liability. Felt sorry for Baldock with the service he received. Reid looked like a little boy today BUT I'd stick with him. Pack did well. People go on about a 'new style' of football. The only difference to hoof ball this season is we go back and for the back four 3 times THEN we launch it to 5'nothing Baldock. The other infamous Wimbledon tactic, new to us this season, is the long throw from JET. Sorry, I didn't see much of this 'new style' today. Can't say how disappointed I am after today.
I said last week I was a convert to SOD's law, I don't want to change my new found religion so I'm saying nothing except I also thought today was dire and I agree with the title..
sods bizarre tactics of having wingers drift in to the middle does not work, it's too congested.. And he needs to have a word with JET that in this game of football, you actually have to move and run.. Fielding is a liability, a huge one
