According to recent tweets from Stewart Regan they are still investigating Whytes lies about being a banned director. Will all these further revelations about his business dealings speed this up??? He hasn't paid VAT or PAYE since buying the club. He denied he had a loan on the back of the season ticket money......then admitted it, kind of......and its now shown he got the £24.4m before he took over! A company he was secretary of is lambasted by the FSA for using client funds to pay wages. ETC ETC If by some miracle he gets a CVA: How the **** will he afford to pay all the creditors considering nobody knows where the £24.4m ended up? What will the SFA do in terms of the fit & proper persons test considering he is neither fit or proper and arguably not a person. Surely in light of how he has acted he will be banned as a director again?? They way I see it they are ****ed unless someone gets in sharpish with a bid to buy the club. How the huns believe there is a masterplan to get out of this I don't know!!
