Salahs a numbers are up there with the very best this leagues ever seen.

But does he get the same love? I think not.

Is the fact he plays for Liverpool?

Or that he's a Muslim?

Or a victim of his own success?

Or something else?

Wasn't even in the list for player of the year last year's despite getting numbers (again) that would make most strikers whince.

Also soon set to break cr7s record, which the media over here still crow about.

Of course even I agree that Cr7 is a better player, he's gone on from utd and bossin the PL to overseas and won pretty much everything, not forgeting his real Madrid record, which is simply incredible tbh.

So why doesn't Salah get the same love from rivals, media and fellow professionals?

Kanes probably a bad example because he's Englands great white hope, so of course will get lots of love (see linekar on Kane and Salah, one dives one is clever. for example) but I'm preety sure mo's outscored Kane in most years if not all since arriving.
