one of your better chancers of getting all 3 points this sat.? WBA are not one of the stronger sides in this league ,but will not be no pushover either,it has all the makings of a first class, entertaining game ,one that i shall watch on tv good luck to all ,TOP TIP,to win a game, it helps to keep all ELEVEN players on the field till the final whistle .
I'm pretty damn sure if we play on saturday we'll get all three points. Kick off isn't until Sunday lunchtime Providing Shane Long stays injured and its not a phantom injury to get hi out of international duty we have a good chance though.
Although WBA are getting to be an established part of the prem, it is one of those that we must look to get a win from. It wont be easy, but with home advantage we must (and always do) play to win. Albion could easily be one of those in the bottom 6 come May and it is these games that will dictate our fate.
not my style pal ,there are other people out there who will do that , but i wont do that ,now where have i heard that befor?? is it from a song ??
back on topic, my Suffolk abiding budgie friend, i'd put this one down as a "must win" game for your lot...you really need that first win...penaltys conceded, red cards, you need to get a grip and turn it around...not impossible to do on sunday, but could so easily go wrong, will be an interesting match!
we are hardly 'doomed' if we fail to win it but we need to get that first win quickly. to be fair, we could easily have won all three so far but equally could have lost all three. i felt we would have two points at this stage but predicted our first win would come against the baggies. hopefully that shall be the case. we are certainly playing ok, rather well if truth be told, but have been unlucky so far with two or three poor decisions both by officials and our defenders. under lambert we have always been slow starters - we can't afford to start too slowly this time!
A very interesting match, and granted, a win soon would really help us out, but to call this a 'must win' at this early stage of the season is wide of the mark. We are not going to be relegated if we fail to win on Sunday.
not saying that at all kenny, of course you won't be relegated if you lose on sunday! all i am saying is, that amongst those major season defining moments there are often minor season defining moments, us binners know from experience() how a non-winning run can go on and on... you may well say that... "to call this a 'must win' at this early stage of the season is wide of the mark"... but if you want to stay up then every game is a must win! good luck on sunday!
Exactly, I remember the group of draws we got just after he was signed. We drew 1-1 with Exeter away, but I think we had no manager at the time.
If we want to win the league EVERY game is must win, if we want to stay up we just need 40ish points.
