I would like to see him given a start tonight, would be nice to see if he is progressing? He has done well for england under 21's and the reserves. MON doesn't seem to go near him though? I've seen glimpses with this lad and would like to see more. Got a feeling he is going to end up being 9 million pounds wasted. That said surely if MON didn't fancy him he would have loaned him out?
If he's not playing he should at least go on loan, instead of warming the bench. it would help him develope as a player.
