Just in SSN reports reading have signed Connolly on loan until the end of the season. Great news, not a PL player! More space is being cleared out for some new players today!

Are they becoming our farm team? Good luck with the fakes. He showed some promise but always looks like a deer in the headlights to me and I preferred him at FB to CB.

Strange. Our two regular CBs from last season have both gone before the likes of Hall, ****tu and even Perone for Gods sake!!

Good luck to him. He's a good player and definitely championship standard. He's still only 23-4 and I think he'll make the jump to the Premiership in the next few years.

Hughes has turned Hall into a decent backup CB and it doesnt look like anyone wants Perone or ****tu.

I got blasted when i said Gorkss was too slow and not good enough for QPR in the Prem and i will say the same about Matt. Never really did it for me at QPR. We all thought coming from Arse he would be quality but sadly something was not right there. I think he has found his level at Reading and wish him all the best.
    However
Are the turning into Reading Park Rangers? Maybe we can give them Vine as well. <laugh>

He obviously thinks our current home strip has too many hoops and wants to get back to what our old kit looked like!

Revolving doors at W12 today, as one comes in another goes out.

Best of luck to him. He's a good lad and I can see him doing well in the Championship, especially now he's linking up with Gorkss again. Personally I don't think he's of Premiership quality just yet, but the main reason for that is more a lack of confidence than a lack of raw ability. If he can get some games and build up his self-belief a bit then I still think that he's got a good future ahead of him. <ok>

Many were surprised to see him go, how many times has he split his head open for you? He was a real bleeder for us after he cut his hair.

Was sadly never going to cut it at prem level, I think Reading have got themselves a really solid championship defender though, he's still learning as well.

Pacey hahaha no! He's awful! He will give away so many fouls for you and then just shrug his shoulders. Enjoy trying to save all those pens

I think he liked it at the Rangers and was popular with the fans but agree with LC he was too slow for the Prem and we have moved on but wish him well.
