    as anyone knows the result of a pre season friendly is of low importance really.
    main factors are did we pick up any injuries?
    Did any new players or youth team gel into the side?
    Did the fitness levels come up to those expected at this time of the season?
    Has this game given the manager a better insight into new blood needed or old players to ditch?
    Im sure everyone will agree that whereas its nice to remain unbeaten in pre season the results take on a huge importance on 6th august
