May as well throw this up now. Well done on your fantastic fairy tale of a season. Hard work, positivety and belief (the real kind, not the Arsenal kind) along with superb tactics and a never say die attitude has won you the league. Absolutely 110% thoroughly deserved, a real victory for football and a kick in the teeth of the Sky 4 mentality that has infested the league for so long.
I hate to say it but, i'll say well done to the Spuds as well, you've come a long way and are truly no longer in your neighbors shadow.
Bollocks, they've said it themselves go and have a look "how can anti football Leicester win the league? shows how **** its been"
thats where youre wrong see, poch has built a team of "mates" who will die to stay with what he is going to achieve after the new "world class" stadium is up. because of years and years of steady "progress" there is no other outcome other than spurs winning everything n the next 3/7 years. ask them if you dont believe it.
Next season, who of the "regular" Sky 4 will come back into the fold do we think? City will be up there certainly, Chavbus will have a couple of transitional seasons now. Could be interesting to see what Pool can do having given Klopp a summer to get in who he wants etc. The Spuds will be in the mix again, hopefully West Ham can continue to solidify ourselves into that top 8 group. Man Utd is a tricky one to gauge, if they manage to land Maureen and give him a huge warchest to play with, that'll certainly be interesting. Arsenal will do exactly what it says on the tin as always. Looking forward to next season already.
Indeed. Would require criminal investigation if they were to lose it come the end of season. But as ArsenalFanTV Moh would say : still mathematically possible.
They had it in the bag weeks ago. The only side who know how to win games consistently. Similar to last season with Chelsea, when teams started to work them out they changed their ways and Ranieri deserves massive credit for that.
STOP. STOP. STOP. Whatever happens this will have been a fantastic season for us but there's still a way to go, nothing won by anyone yet.
Must be nerve racking now that you're so close, unless Spurs score in the next 30 mins this is all done and even if they do you're still in control.
Hmm.. Spurs showing some bottle.. perhaps that champagne should be set on ice for a while longer. Also, st.tots day almost certainly not happening this year!
