    following on from syd's attempt at scatty moo's picture.

    how do you actually post pictures, not thumbnails.

    you upload to imageshack, fine got that, but then what.

    every time i try to copy it, i seem to get the link, but no picture,

    or when i think iv'e got it right, i preview it, and just a red cross,

    where am i going wrong.

    Can you not just copy and paste them once saved?

    I'll try...

    I used photobucket then righ click on link, copy, onto the forum right click paste

    Firstly register for photobucket - it is free.

    if you have a photo you wish to share, it must be on your pc/laptop
    so if it is not, then save the pic to your pc

    then in photobucket, click on 'upload'
    you will be asked to 'browse' for the photo to be uploaded.
    locate the photo on your pc.
    click once on the pic, then 'open'

    then back to photobucket - click upload!

    once uploaded, hover over the pic.
    you will see several references.
    you need the bottom one - which starts 'img'
    COPY the whole reference
    then PASTE the reference into your forum post.
    Done!
    :)

    Sounds complicated but after you've done it a couple of times it gets easier - honest!
