    Right 24 games in.
Which of this years squad is better than last years....... Not ****ing one is the correct answer. The league table is not a statistical fluke.

    Cellino and Redfearn out now!

I think I feel more glum now than when Bates was taking the piss. Probably because one part of me wanted to believe Cellino's way would work, Sloth, Silvestri, Berardi and Adryan all sounded superb on paper.

I said this in the summer and got shouted down...

We needed a manager that was allowed to sign his own players, pick his own team. Not get hoisted with what the chairman or the Director of football wanted.

    Wolves White,

Cellino has given Redders free reign to pick his own team. Can't blame Cellino when Redders is suppose to do the job, and he isn't.

While Redders is continually biased in favour of Mowatt and Cook, then we're going to continue to have problems and lose our games there.

One of his babies scored an own goal, will be interesting to see what he says about that.

Cook is not a play maker or an attacking mid, or an attacking winger, Byram is doing that from a RB position then has to double back to be a defender again, with no help from Cook.

If Redders was expecting miracles from Adryan, why didn't he put him on from start?

Redders subbings are useless, Sharp hardly touched the ball yet most fans are calling for Monty to be given a chance and Redders keeps refusing.

Redders has lost me, fans will be calling for him to get out soon, if not now.

Check the first part of the rant.... the babies are a remnants of the 'good ole days' Celino will get rid of them and replace them with crap from Italy. Who ever is unfortunate or stupid enough to work under Celino in the future will have to 'pick their team' from Celino's crap

If you can sit there and tell me that Redfearn is the problem with a straight face then you really need to look at the team.

Celino has had 3 coaches who were crap while they've had the hot seat here and one of them was winning trophies abroad.

No Redfearn is far from the perfect choice of manager but I bet if we put O'Drisscol at Burnley in to our hot seat then he would fail or Pearson at Leicester. The players are crap and he brought in 15 of them 15.

Don't blame Mowatt or Byram or the players from the youth set up.

Antenucci and Doukara has scored about 15 - 18 goals between them this season. McCormack scored 30 goals last season Antenucci will be lucky if he get's 17 at this rate.

    Who wants Bates back?

I said I feel more glum now, that is because I knew what Bates was about, I had hoped for more from Cellino. I never allowed my hopes to rise with Bates so nothing was a nasty surprise, I expected the best players to be sold and little invested, I expected better from Cellino.

    1) I wanted him to take control, I knew it was him or bust, I am grateful for that.
    2) I had hoped his way of doing things would work
    3) His way of doing things isn't working, I know there isn't an answer sitting around the corner.
    4) We will always struggle and never go anywhere under Cellino he won't change

I don't think he is good for us, he had his use at the time and now I wish Redbull or someone with some cash would come in and buy us.

I am not going to believe things are going to improve, if Cellino is in charge 3 years from now best we can hope for is plodding along in this division. I am not going to join in the happy and glee club just because his money saved us. He really pee'd me off with his lies about buying the ground and what the Ross money was going to be used for.

Yes I know, GFH lied, debts were worse blah blah blah, I heard the excuses of the players we didn't get after Cellino had initially said we had signed them. Believe the words that come out of his mouth if you like, I don't simple as that.

Yes I am moaning and complaining after another defeat, NO I haven't the answer, NO I din't want Bates back no I don't believe Farnham is the right one either. Hope that clears this up for you and please don't put words in my mouth that I haven't actually said <ok>

To be honest I don't care. Compare squads to something worthwhile like our promotion winning squad. Comparing this year to last is like comparing two big piles of dog **** and trying to figure out which smells the worst

Totally agree... This years might arguably be ever so slightly better, last years would have got us relegated minus Ross and Smith, this years we might hang on by a point.

Cellino brought in Hockaday, most fans blamed Cellino, Cellino brought in Darko, most fans blamed Cellino, Cellino appoints Redders, who most fans wanted, some are now blaming Cellino again.................the mind boggles.

Cellino gave Redders free reign in picking team, so the responsibility falls on Redders shoulders, not Cellinos.

It's up to Redders to get the team playing well, sad to say, Redders is not up to the task.

    Redfearn/Cellino catch 22 for me...

I personally don't believe Redfearn is up to the task, originally Cellino said Redfearn was too important to the youth academy and then appoints him as coach because he is the cheap option.

I also believe he was picked because he agree's to the favoured Cellino diamond formation. McD wanted two wide players all season, he brought in two awful ones in Kebe and Stewart and when Cellino takes charge he goes diamond.

Cellino signs 15 new players and not one an out and out wide player, Hockaday (awful appointment by Cellino) comes in and plays Diamond, Darko comes in (another bad decision) and he goes diamond. Redfearn two stints and goes diamond formation, come on seriously, Cellino isn't having a say???
