I've been on a course in Edinburgh the past few weeks.

I was driving in but started to beel severely at the traffic, so decided to get the train in.

£20 a journey but well worth it just for the beel-less commute. Plus on occasion there is a bit of eye candy to feast the mince pies on.

I used to travel to Boston Manor every day from my home in Bounds Green. 22 stops on the Piccadilly line. It was alright in the morning cos I always got a seat at that time, and was in no hurry to get to work anyway, but the journey home was a ****ing nightmare. Sometimes I'd get off at Finsbury Park and get the bus, putting 20 mins on my journey but at least breaking it up.

The highlight of the travelling week was waking up in Cockfosters every friday night without fail, following a few jars in the White Hart in Hanwell after work. Happy days.

An hour there and an hour back for me, on the bus. I don't mind it as long as I've got a decent book and there's not some noisy **** talking on their phone/ to another noisy **** to distract me.

You're right ER. In relation to an anorexic person, I am fat. Otherwise, I am not.

I could get an extra 10k a year by commuting into central London but choose to walk to work in 15 mins, zero stress . I pay no travel expenses get a healthy walk in to clear my mind and don`t need to spend 2 hrs a day squashed up on a tube or bus. I start work at 8pm and can leave at 730pm knowing i will be at work with plenty of time.:1980_boogie_down:

    N91 to the rescue.

My commute is ****ish at the minute. 75 miles of hard driving each way. I got a round of applause this morning for making it in.

I wont complain though as I love my job. I started a new one in december after doing ****e ones that i didn't like 15 minutes from home. I hated working from home too.

I thought there was a European law regulating working hours, ffs 23 1/2 hours a day is way too much in my opinion.
