    This is what I and others keep banging on about, we have got to get this sorted, well done Brighton on doing this, a real class manager they have, with a new class stadium and now a class academy - they are on the up! Hope we can be as well.

    Foreward thinking setup Jager..food for thought for us...and i know an academy has been touted down here for a while but its been in the "Talks" stages for an uncomfortably long time now..

    should have been up and running a few years ago when we first got promoted to the championship. Its ridiculous thats all we do is talk with no action, sod talking about expanding and get on with the top priority of an academy......much more important...
