Colonic irrigation

Anyone of you had it done? What was it like? Did it cost much? Was it worth it?

Being a consumer of more red meat than is probably advisable I've been told having the old pooper flushed out is very good for the health but wondered whether or not it was effective.

Having had the pokey-bum-**** I'm not squeamish regarding the tube going in (as long as they use lube) but not so sure about being covered in arse gravy when they pull it out.

Your views would be most welcome.
