Harry back's our Neil for England job... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/15500140.stm Reckon Neil could'nt do any worse than Fabio Stan
They're good friends aren't they? Have a feeling "arry's "avin a laugh.NW's always saying in interviews that "arry should be next England manager, I think he's just throwing it back as a bit of a leg pull. Personally I think Neil is under-rated and would do a good job,but the powers that be will never offer it to him.
Too many prima donnas playing for England at the moment to listen to any manager. JT and his mates didn't want to play the way Capello wanted in the World Cup and so didn't bother. There would have to be one hell of a cull if he got the job.
Yeah you could be right there Eamon re prima donnas, and JT and mates. The thought of him culling some of these that think they should be there no matter what, wouldn't be such a bad thing.
FA won't go for opinionated mavericks, but I think Clough had a slightly better claim on the job than Neil.....
