We he is leaving anyway in about 8 months time, so its a pointless vote anyway, as he isnt going to get sacked before hand, unless we dont make it, which wont happen til the last game of the qualifiers which will mean he will leave anyway (so wont get sacked) so for this i dont believe there is such a thing as COB or CIB, its a, lets quaify, lets win it, if we do, great he goes anyway but on a high, if he doesnt win it or even qualify, he is gone anyway, whatever happens he is gone.
