It would be interesting to know how much money a week we are saving from this summers clear out of players. Gyan, angeleri, McCartney, Gordon, Those players alone must be substantial savings. Considering they must only have played around 5 games between them last season. We have wasted a lot of money on players wages who never really play. Healey etc. 4 good signings and we should be a good team.
Not sure Tony. Had we been Citeh however it would be in the region of £34356457453456567867857789 a week. Almost as much as Bob Diamond gets.
Billy, what about the pence, you said £34356457453456567867857789 where the truth is £34356457453456567867857789.50 which equates to 34356457453456567867857790, round up man
That's why I'm no accountant mate & my kids can fleece my wages out of my pocket like some kind of magician.
Elmo will be following Richardson to West Ham as well over next few days and Angeleri is closing in on a return to estudiantes. That will be... Gordon Angeleri McCartney Elmohamady Riveros Richardson Gyan All off the wage bill and not forgetting the loan players who's wages will of been paid or partly paid by us.
Possibly. People keep banging on about getting Killa out but I like the lad. He's not let us down since MON came & I for one hope we keep him.
aye, I wouldn't think it will be far off that, around the 200,00 mark surely certainly creates room for 5 maybe 6 new additions and thats without more players going out. I would be shocked if all of Turner, Bramble and Kilgallon stay and same in central midfield with Gardner, Meyler and Vaughan.
If all that money is going to be saved, will we get cheaper ticketing etc.....................thought not.
£200k per week + £20M from Invest In Africa = £30M on squad strengthening. Unless we buy Jordan back from Liverpool, that's some canny spendies to play with!
