    That's awful but he's always going to get abuse of some people. It might not have been Man U fans that said that to him. It would be soul destroying but I think he will get used to it and just laugh it off.

    I quite like him, think he's wasted at Man Utd but he's obviously seen how Fletcher has gone from 'wasted at Man Utd' to establishing himself. He'd be much better off in a mid-table prem side where he can prove himself properly.

    Seems like a nice lad and isnt that bad, just doesnt look much playing alongside Scholes and Giggs (and being a young player expected to replace them). Would be an OK signing for a mid table club, and he'll never be a world beater but if he wants to keep his place in the national side he should move away from there.

    I would, if there was no one better out, would probably prefer Carrick myself, think Gibson will go to Wolves if they stay up, as he had a successful loan spell there.

    I would as well, better and cheaper cover for Tiote than Smith is, and scores the odd screamer as well.

    Agree. He isn't as bad as touted, but he he isn't spectacular or outstanding either. He's a decent player <ok> Just don't think he's good enough for United, I wouldn't mind him here on the cheap and as back-up/cover for Tiote/Barton/Nolan. Doubt he'll come though. CM is one of the least positions we need to strengthed.

    Michael Owen is a money grabbing **** with a horrible attitude to our fans who left at the first opportunity for nothing and didnt even care that he lead us to relegation. He earned the abuse.

    Gibson does his best for a top side who are probably too good for him in terms of quality, getting an occaisonal start or sub app and is hounded off twitter in less than two hours, such is the abuse he got.
