OGS as done well Butland got you playing decent football again (first tinge since Fergie) but it'll take some doing (for anyone) to match Pep at Barca.

Those players you listed are quality but they're not at the same level as those Barca players, doubt they ever will be.

 

Which is why I said it's a different starting point but approach and progress is what matters. We don't need to match Barca, we just need to get the best out of our players and win trophies, primarily the league title.

Ronaldhino and even Etoo were got rid of by Pep either immediately or fairly soon. He brought in B Team players like Busquets and Pedro. They made a heck of a difference.

 

And that's how it should be done, will your owners have the patience?

 

I don't know The fans will though. With Fergie and Phelan and that coaching staff he's got all the support he needs.
