A bit like Newcastle, Villa pulled off a great result just before they play us. Can we continue our great run and ride our luck? Seem to recall us not getting the rub if the green last time they came to the KC. They don't have Benteke, but did ok without him again at Man C. Should Quinn replace Brady, if he's not fit? Can't wait
Although we're getting some better Press / Media coverage lately I think we're still flying under the radar as far as opposition teams are concerned. It's like they don't expect us to put up much fight, they think it should be an easy 3 points and when we surprise them they can't lift their game. Although they might say otherwise Villa will probably come to the KC after beating Man City thinking we're going to roll over. It's after the Lord Mayor's show for them and I wouldn't be surprised if we get another scalp.
Quinn played well against Newcastle, but was at fault for at least one of the Remy goals. Think he will come in thought, Meyler did nothing when coming on against West Ham. So its Quinn or Boyd. Think its Brady after another injection.....
Who the **** do you people think you are ? Me ? i'm leaving the big football decisions to Steve Bruce...and Tickles
I think we might just take a point, and I would be satisfied with that, anything more is a bonus. 1-1.
Mark Clattenburg is the referee for the game Linesman S Beck and S Child with the 4th official/boardman Michael Oliver. Villa running hot and cold at the moment and with Benteke missing it is a bonus/good time to play them.
The FRENCH TICKLER " Mark Clattenburg is the referee for the game Linesman S Beck and S Child with the 4th official/boardman Michael Oliver. Villa running hot and cold at the moment and with Benteke missing it is a bonus/good time to play them." You ****ed that up Tickler - look at the three posts immediately prior to yours and try again!
HaHaHa. Very good. OK just for you i shall go 4-0 Hull City. Yay nb. you wont see Erik post on this thread joining in.
Villa fans giving us a bit of respect. They see it as a tough one, but they feel there away form is better then their home form, so hopeful of getting a point.
Fair enough. I also see this as being a far better football game than the Hammers one. Villa play an open and attacking game and that will suit us down to the ground. This game could well be high scoring and dont rule out a goal from the likes of Graham, Livermore or Huddlestone.
team id like to see: McGregor Rosenior Faye Davis Figueroa Elmo Livermore Huddlestone Quinn Aluko Graham we need 2 full backs with Villa's speed
Quinn for Brady should be our only change - Proschwitz on the bench??? I said before the WHU game that I would take 4pts from 2 home games and I wouldn't be unhappy with a draw.
Could well be Quinn for Brady but might be Boyd instead, depending on how SB wants to play things and what he feels will suit us better against this particular opposition. Other than that I wouldn't expect any other changes for us unless they are enforced, either by an existing injury that hasn't been announced yet or one that is still to be sustained in training.
