As Oslo says Frank is the alter ego of The Ball Goes Wide To David Thomas. The negativity in his posts during his 21 days of purgatory is a commentary on the futility of pessimism (I think). I know he's racking off a few on here, including a lot of posters I like, but the absurdity is making me laugh. I dread to think what he'll be posting on Thursday (and the responses) if we don't get a result against Liverpool.
Col is one of my favourite posters and he's lost his tether with Odders completely! If it makes you end your sentence sooner Oddball, your recent conversion has genuinely made me question whether I over-estimated the Premiership pre-season. I think I was certainly guilty of that to some point. Its a hard business predicting the outcome of a season after winning promotion. Most of it is pure guess work.
I like Col posts as well but purgatory is purgatory and it will flush out a few rats and I will have widened my spectrum of thought to something I was close of giving up . I have no beef with any cyber brother at all but it's very funny to see a few true colours ...
