Yeah I agree. Liverpool have really blown it with their last 2 results which they should have got at least 4 points from to have a real chance.

We've blown it at crucial points all season, I don't expect that to change, without Sturridge we're toothless up top.

I refuse to engage in any kind of Balotelli related banter, he's simply **** always has been and always will be. Right up there with El Hadji Diouf as one of my least fav players ever.

To be fair, when sturridge came back from injury he's been pony as well. You were doing better when you had Sterling up top to stretch the defences. Dunno why Brenden has moved away from this

I disagree. When Sterling plays up top he goes looking for the ball and defenders push up. Studge stays up top and keeps defenders deep as they know he has pace to get in behind. Even when not scoring he occupies defenders and creates space for the likes of Coutinho.

Maybe i haven't been watching enough recently but i found sterling has stayed up top. Same with Sturridge but unlike sterling, Sturridge (whether that is cause as we can see by his surgery he's still injured), sterling has a lot more mobility whereas daniel was static. In addition before the whole salary saga, Sterling presses the centre backs a lot better (much smarter angles).

I really rate Coutinho. He's your best player IMO.

He is nevertheless a terrific player. Something wrong with Liverpool behind the scenes at the moment. That almost always translates into poor performances on the field, and vice versa. The Ballotelli factor is one problem, that ****er is just trouble with a capital T. He's an absolutely hopeless player, and whatever talent he once had, has vanished because of his stupidity, incredible ego, craving for attention and absolute dumbness. Get rid of him ASAP, and some credibility will return to your playing staff.

Reckon we'll start well, make a terrible error and then get minced <ok>

    Nice day out for Chelsea.

    top 4 virtually over.
Pool tried to lose Europa but Soton & spuds did better to lose Europa.

Pool will be deflated and we will be of handbrake.
With 1 or 2 youth injection we can blow Pool out of the park tomorrow.

Please don't give Mikel a start to get him a medal.

According to the Telegraph Loftus Cheek is starting alongside Matic in midfield.

Don't let Chelsea Pensioner see this.

If Lofty does not play, Jose will have lied to him.

And he will never believe Jose's bullshit and lies ever again

I expect you lot to be compact and difficult to break down regardless of who starts, we need a win to have any chance of 4th but I just don't see it happening.

Gonz - it is going to be a testimonial match for our title celebration.
Both teams have nothing to play for and your team is plain awful.

Mikel starts beside RLC. Luis starts at LB.

Yep. May have been easier for him with Matic rather than Mikel alongside but Obi has lots of experience.

At least he will get to battle slippy in midfield.

CP will be pleased Ake is on bench bit no Solanke
