Same old same old though tbh. I knew we'd get beat off QPR and what's really disappointing is that everyman and his dog has known all summer we need to add goals into the team and with 2 days left of the window we still only got Fletcher, jozy and Wickham...we wont achieve owt with that strike force!

We won't be relying on them for goals, they will come from the whole midfield and forward line.
If Whickam plaY's up front with Johnson and say Borini or similar chipping in with 10 goals each, then this alvarez bloke, Rodwell with a few each we should be ok.

Get where you're coming from but with the service we provide not many strikers would get more than 10 a season. Fletch looks isolated and disinterested, Whickham goes from great ( took Phil Jones to pieces in the first half last week from the wide position ) to less than average ( couldn't trap a bag of cement yesterday ) game by game but this is to be expected given his age and experience! If we are going to play 1 up then Gus must put round pegs in round holes and get some decent service to the front man and more support from wide and centre getting past the lone striker. Also, as much as I rate him, thought Jonno was back to his worst yesterday. Surprised Buckley didn't keep his place following a great debut. Marking for the corner was awful - Why was Catts marking a bloke half a foot taller than him and Wes wandering about on the edge of the 6 yard box looking like a little boy lost?
    It's the hope that hurts
