We really don't use enough of the cheaper cuts of meat in this country. Often the tastiest.

    I blame the supermarkets.

Bit of a lump in the throat really. A young lad, good footballer had a car crash at 17 and paralysed from the waist down. He's bought worthing Fc with his compo.

Watched that, George Dowell. Had the world at his feet and then the rug was pulled. He seemed a top lad with a great bunch of mates with a very positive outlook on life. He's on Twitter and since that episode he's been inundated with date offers from eligible young ladies (and not so young ladies).

Dogs love the chase. Repeatedly. All ****ing night.

    Incessantly.

What is it with bits of plastic? And why does my wife insist on feeding them my biltong that's £25 a kilo and they would be just as happy with scraps of gristle,

"But they like it"... Do they ****. They just swallow it and beg again.
