The game had to be stopped in the first minute due to Charlton fans throwing hundreds of beach balls onto the pitch as part of a protest..

They have also been blowing whistles to disrupt the game but as Ian Holloway pointed out they are only blowing them when Boro are attacking

It's only a month ago that the Boro fans I know we're saying they would be passing us and the Mags at the end of the season, they seem to have lost their way again but could still get a promotion spot, but as they say a month is a long time in football.

The Boro are falling away, and they bought Rhodes !. And did you notice in the 2nd half the Boro got a free kick (due to a handball) and the player shot at the goalkeeper, if it had went in it would not have counted, as it was not direct.

Ah yes. When a player handles the ball in the penalty area, a penalty must be passed to another player! ****wit

We call it "Tanking" here in Oz. Bottom teams in Aussie Rules field their best teams but play them out of position so they'll lose and finish bottom. This then gives them 'first pick' in the "Draft" for next season (which is where the new star larkers are coming from - they also barter the bigger teams who will offer them 2-3 players for the 'draft pick'). From what Katanga has said he feels the team are not trying yet he paid 9 million for Rhodes and plays him a mere 4 times out of 8 games. I have read today where he has apologized to the players and wants to come back.
The plot thickens folks - more to this than meets the eye - they had one foot in the Premier League then play the two bottom teams and get beat and can't even score.
