Apparently we will be man marking tomorrow, instead of the usual zonal marking strategy employed at Blackburn. Is this a positive thing, or could it impact negatively, i.e. a new system may take some time getting used to, or it may work like a dream. I don't know. We have only used Zonal marking this season. The likes of Chensey,Song,Sagna and Van Persie have done man marking in most of their time at Arsenal.
Zonal marking is a nightmare in my opinion. It gives the attacker too many options. Much rather see us use man to man marking.
