    Enjoyable read, but I think slightly over optimistic with our chances. I'm worried about our midfield as things stand, and think we'll concede a lot more due to this. 12th is roughly where I think we'll end- which I would take if offered now.

    Good read on the whole, some errors though, such as both peterborough and Forest both finishing 19th last season.

    I also think we'll finish a bit lower than 8th, although 8th wouldn't be overly optimistic.

    Below halfway unless we sign a striker and midfielder of Baldock and Wordsworth's standard. Any better than those two we could never afford, anything less wouldn't improve on our present squad.

    The reason i said i know least about Charlton is none of us know if we are going to sign any more players or not. Or even what end of the market we are shopping.

    Also the point about not knowing how good we are is fair. Did we coast through last season or where we actually quite lucky after xmas. Did we have another gear if we had really needed it?
