Sitting on my hotel balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea catching up with some results. Looks like
    Middlesbrough have found their form.

I'm a few miles south of you, also looking at the Ionian Sea. Waiting for transport back to the airport for the trip home.

Scheduled to arrive back at Wurzel Airport around 12.30am.

Got home at 2.45am after the baggage handlers at Wurzel Airport kindly took a break before unloading our plane.

On the information board above the baggage carousel I noticed the 2 previous flights were serviced by Swissport.

Ours was DHL. I have this image of loads of white transit vans hurtling around the airport, back doors not shut properly, luggage lying all over the tarmac and those vans that got to the luggage unloading area arriving at the wrong carousel for the flight but throwing out the luggage everywhere and then driving off disclaiming any responsibility.

    Am I being unfair?

That sounds like DHL Bluey. <doh>

Imagine their drivers’ frustration keeping to the 20mph limit in Wales! Luckily we’re flying back to Cardiff airport.

Bad news Irish. Drakeford has extended the 20mph limit to Cardiff Airport runways - you'll have to bale out.

Irish pal, I took a day ferry over to Albania (Sarande) from Corfu Town, bleak, lots of sun but not much fun (bit like you) is their not so catchy phrase….bit like Liz Truss! No offence intended! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

Funny enough Masky I wanted to go over there but Mrs Irish put her foot down and said no because she thought I would be robbed, kidnapped, hung and quartered! What does she know, eh?

Fair enough to Mrs Irish, but Masky is a big fugger and not to be messed with, my tattoo’s will tell you that. I have one on my todge simply WDY, when I was courting a long time ago and I was excited it would spell out WENDY, Doris didn’t like it though! I was able to add some words that now reads WELCOME TO BARBADOS HAVE A NICE DAY. Goes down well (up) in Barry Island! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

    Anyway back to the championship:emoticon-0138-think

You might as well give Leicester the title now.

I think you're probably right Nin. It'll take something to go horribly wrong for them to miss at least an automatic spot. That said, it's a long old season and when you think we came close against them, the Championship may yet cast it's unpredictability onto them. The scrap for the playoff places is probably going to be the most interesting element of the competition.

I was there late 80's/early 90's and remember the Greek navy patrolling the waters to stop smuggling. I also had the impression the country was full of gangsters, so Mrs Irish was probably right!

Good to hear that BT pal, mind you, BFB tells me you lead a very sad existence, overweight and cutting a very sad sight on your bicycle! For my part, I have always found you to be jovial and a delight! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky
