The way people belittle Mourinho's undeniable quality and success is no different to how people belittled Fergies.

    Erm no.....

The big dicks in Madrid thought they ran the show. Under most managers they did. Mourinho told each of them to **** off and they had a cry and turned everyone against him. He then took the piss big time and went mental.

He did however top the best Barcelona side ever seen. Broke records for fun and certainly wasnt boring ( on or off the pitch ).

What is boring is the ****e being spouted about him. **** sake there bitter and theres just downright ****ing thick.

I personally think they are very similar and Jose has modelled himself on Fergie ( at least since coming to england the first time ).

Hes a man manager though. He will go out of his way for his players if they give him all their efforts. if they dont, he will cast them aside or actively humiliate them.

if they cross him, hes as petty as can be.

Fergie like in so many ways.

fergie is obviously better but now hes gone, Mourinho is top dog.

1000 times Ive said adaptability is the key.

Man UIR you talk some ****e

Fergie and Jose are nothing alike, completely different personalities and people. Even their football is nothing alike.
Just because they both like to gob off, use siege mentality and were successful, the similarity ends there.

As for "Jose modeling himself on Fergue", do you real the utter tripe you post by any chance
    ?

His record speaks for itself but lots of people don't like his style of football and I don't think its being bitter or thick, I have already said he is a great manager. I just happen to think his football is gash.

Ferguson was relatively poor when it cam to winning trophies in Europe - given the team(s) that he had.
Maureen is (was) successful in Europe and less successful in the Premiership.
Both have over-employed the siege mentality.
Both have often left a nasty taste in the mouths of their audience.
After that there are no similarities that I can see
They are both quite unlikeable individuals.

True that, Chelsea's first couple of PL trophies are a ****ing joke, spending half a billion £ on players.

Buying the likes of Scot Parker so he wouldn't play against them and so on.

We made fun of Fergie and his drinking and the way he bullied officials... no one ever denied he was a great manager.

Fergie had real achievement and managed to be a success for a long period of time. Jose just buys whoever is in the media spotlight at the time with his gobs of money and hopes it works out. Mourinho better coach than a manager.

Yeah, he's not a terrible manager- you can't win trophies with a terrible manager... but he is rather short-sighted and doesn't deserve a lot of the credit he gets. Definitely not in the upper-tier of managers. Tony Pulis would win just as much if he had the same budget.

Mourinho is more similar to Pulis than Fergie if we're honest.

Not won a major European Trophy for 4 years despite being the manager of the richest club on earth! He is turning into the heir to Wenger and living off past glories!

Give fat Sam £300million and he would win silverware.

Unless things change dramatically this season will end with Moyes (and maybe specialist in failure Wenger) with more silverware than Jose's more expensive Chelsea side.

Moyes must be a better manager than Mourinho! ;) His record from this season speaks for itself! He got silver Mourinho didn't.

If you have a bucket load of cash and you want someone to come in and make an impact in the short run - you won't get much better than Jose.

But if you want someone to instill a style, philosophy from top to bottom, work with the youth, take risks on players instead of big buys on ready made players, build for the future and create a dynasty - then there are better candidates out there.

Give any manager a bucket of cash and they will be successful eh?

Why didnt Rafa get that memo then?

    Or moyes?

    Or Hughes?

    Or scolari?

    Or Pellegrini at madrid?

    Or avb at spurs?

    Or Dalglish second spell

Or wenger in his biggest spending season ever?

    Or redknapp?

Sounds like a massive pile of bullshit to me. Probably because it is.

As for the similarities. Both will do almost anything to win. Losing is not an option and nor is it acceptable. They vary their styles and they make their sides believe. Both are utterly despised by their rivals because they are/were top dog.

    This.

Man Yoo planned on the long term future by giving Moyes a 6 year contract for the reasons you stated, but they bottled out and sacked him, they're now giving his successor only a 2 year contract and the record 150m warchest.

So they're now pinning their hopes on a maureeneque model of short term success based on high spending.

And their fans accuse Chelsea and City of buying success.<laugh>

    Blah blah blah boring cliches

No one hates Pep, one of the most successful managers of recent times. He has class. No one hates Ancelotti. No one hates Klopp. Mourinho is just a ****.
