Alex Chamberlain has been called up again for the Under 19's by Boss Noel Blake.

    Details:

    Holland v England
    U19 International Friendly Match
    5pm, Tuesday 29 March 2011
Sportpark de Putter Eng, SDC Putten

Don't worry guys, it won't affect Saints in any way.

No clash with any other fixtures.

Great news for the youngster. Under 19's a better age group for him than under 21's. Good example of a Saints youth product who has quality & is being played weekly by his club.

I am too lazy to do the research myself, what other notable or prominent players are in the squad? Just interesting to see Chamberlain in comparison.

Thanks, Chamberlain is certainly the most prestigious and arguably best player of the squad, in terms of impact for his team, minutes and goals, even if he is League One. I like what I have heard about that Everton keeper, apparently he is one to watch for in the future.

Sorry I genuinely meant forward, I was thinking about the current goalkeeping question at Southampton (which has divided the fanbase to the extent of making internal friction reflecting on the pitch...) therefore it was Freudian slip. How many games has he played this year, anyone know? Or is he on loan?

Well done Chambo another one for the CV at such an early age. Keep going & popping them in the back of the net. Really pleased the lads hard work & talent has been recognised.
