He sounds like such a perfect role model, doesn't he ?

We are very lucky indeed to have him ready and waiting to take over yet again at PFC :emoticon-0149-no:

BC is trying to climb out of the whole he dug himself.

‘I’m not reluctant anymore. I’ve changed my mind.’ - More lies.

“The club has no value in League One. Everybody knows that,” he said.

‘So I’m going to put money in to return them to their glories and then sell the club. But who knows? I might enjoy it so much I won’t sell it. - Even more lies.

The jam rag said all the same schit last time. Trust or Bust. Fook off Chanlies.

That statement from Chanrai must chill every genuine Pompey supporter to the bone. I hope the PST can prove it has the funds and proceed with the purchase, but expect a long and bitter court case with Chanrai!

The trouble is if he does become the owner again we won't get anywhere by marching against him/slagging him off/not showing up to games - we really need to back him but hold him to the words he's uttering now....in truth bar being not allowed to take over by the FL I think he will take over. Just wish the PST had someone with 20M backing them up. PUP

What seems strange to me is that the administrators have the power to decide who they want but seem incapable of reaching a decision and that must be scary for you Blues.

The word is (from those near to the club) that Chanrai is not letting go of his debenture - his heavyweight lawyers have moved in on PKF now and that they are prepared for a court battle over it.

None of this has been confirmed - but it does make sense. The problem with a court battle is it is very expensive. The debenture is also a legal document so I don't know how much power the administrators have got to make him forgo "his" ill-advised loan to Al Faraj/Falcondrone which he has turned into a mortgage over the ground.

The FL has made a condition of membership that only a small proportion of the previous debt can be carried forward into the New Co.

I don't know if anyone on here looks at the News website - but a whole load of new posters have appeared......... all supporting Chanrai and Portpin's takeover of the club, and rubbishing the PST bid.

Seems Portpins PR machine has gone into overdrive........... but the original posters are being taken in <laugh>

Here are a couple for you devo - with Neil Allens responses.

    Comment From Pompeymk
Do you believe TB is taking so long with making a decision is because he is looking at other bids more seriously as both the Trust bid and BC bids are not the best offer on the table

    Neil:
Plenty of rumours flying around about the alleged sidelining of Birch and the behaviour of PKF this week has been curious.
They have been excellent to deal with all along, approachable, helpful and very, very transparent.
Suddenly calls are not being returned, lips have been buttoned, communications are being carried out via e-mail and we are hearing 'no comment' when asking about the latest situation.
Clearly things are going on at both PKF and in the preferred bidder process.
But, in a nutshell, PKF have in media terms gone completely to ground.

    Comment From Phil OMac
How do we know that Chainrai will take money out of the club? Let's give the guy a chance! Just like we're giving Appleton one!!

    Neil:
Fair point. But you seem to forget Chainrai has been associated with this club since October 2009.
How many chances should be given?
    13:52

    Comment From Wanda Gershwitz
Neil, it's too easy to focus blame on Chainrai for not paying the small creditors but at the end of the day it was PFC that ripped off those small creditors to begin with not Chainrai.
