Liqudation means newco... And newco would have to apply to either re-join SPL (15 point penalty) or start in division 3?
Rangers in the 3rd division. If that were the case when they play Berwick away will they respect it as they do other English towns/citys ? <manchester>
It's one of the options I've heard bandied about as an outcome of administration. It would be my preference rather than remaining uncompetitive in the SPL.
My prediction is that Rangers will not be in the third division..... I think it is going to be even better than that
I love how celtic fans think we think they need us for financial gain, its not all about you. Rebel and Ciaran both tried to spout ****e to me about how the TV deal was a new one and doesn't run out till 2017, funnily enough as i pointed out it has been confirmed that without rangers there is no contract and while you think (and maybe its true) you do not need the TV deal money the simple fact is its not ****ing about you its about every other team in the SPL without that TV money many of them will struggle to do anything. Dunfermline are ****ing moaning about 70k we are due them and I'm sure they where moaning about 30k they lost in revenue for a game that was called off not that long ago, if they are gonna moan about "small" sums of money such as that what ****ing chance do they have without a TV deal? Motherwell posted a profit, without the TV deal would they have? no they wouldn't. Apart from anything why you lot would want to watch an SPL without the old firm games is ****ing beyond me people will stop turning up at the gates for SPL games let alone league cup games. PS Rebel dinny even ****ing bother backtracking on what you said cause I'll quite happily find the topic.
Nobody wants you or your manky team, MD. Get over it. Drop the anger and start accepting it. You're doing your blood pressure no good.
Shut it you ya wee whore, part of me wants us to drop out of the SPL so your manky bunch of unwashed fans see how ignorant they have been. Nobody might want us but they ****ing need us, you included.
I don't think so. You can probably get a whack for trading whilst insolvent, which technically Big Merv Sellick was.....but i don't think that'll happen. I have always thought of this as a liquidation scenario. That means no Rangers at all.
You don't half talk ****e. You just think your vile club is needed, it isn't. As you'll find out when the vultures come picking at the carcass. We'll all just sit by laughing, pointing at laughing. Up the 'RA.
Possibly. And who else knows what more may come out about dealings during Whyte's tenure, not to mention his acquisition of the club. It's a ****e state of affairs and no mistake.
