Posting a bit late, as only just got in ! No one else around to start a thread ? Final whistle, and a 2-2 draw, in a match we thoroughly deserved to win. We totally dominated the first half, only for Carlisle to score a penalty a few minutes before half time, after Christian Burgess brought down Danny Granger, who took the penalty kick himself. In the second half we were denied a stonewall penalty, after right back Ben Davies was fouled well into the box, only for the referee to award Pompey a free kick outside the box ! Caolan Lavery scored from a cross from young substitute winger Ben Tollitt. Two minutes later, and substitute striker Marc McNulty scores his first Pompey goal. 5 minutes time added on, and just as it looked like another away win for PFC, so the home team equalise with a long range shot. Can only say from the sounds of things, that 'we was robbed' !!

You should be aiming to get 12 away wins this season. Eventually the home form has to improve, Lets say 10. SO a total of 22 wins add to the bucket load of draws and a tolal of 75 points should ensure a play-off place if not the final automatic promotion place
