Only if they think you appealed with no chance of success, probably just with the intention of making that player available for an extra more important game while the appeal was heard. We might well appeal tomorrow, just to bigger up NP's plans.
Yes you would and thats why am shocked that they have yet to do so. Because so many feel that Brady was harshly done to should at least make sure that any appeal is not a frivalous one. Nowt to lose by an appeal surely ?
