Good to see the club leading the way in making away fans feel welcome at our stadium. http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/news/news/2013-14/sep/away-fans-sold-on-warm-cardiff-welcome.html
Very good news. I noticed Man City fans in particular were reaching across "no man's land" to shake hands with our fans in the Family Stand after the game. A far cry from some of the issues seen with visiting fans in the Championship.
BfB! The Premiership love us m8, Everton fans freely drinking in the Prince of Wales and even the Ninian.
Good read Iti; seems the 'Cardiff' experience is going to win over a whole new army of visiting fans! Have been to so many grounds where visiting supporters are treated like second class citizens and herded like cattle; is so refreshing to read about a club treating their customers (because that is what the visiting fans are) with the utmost respect. Yours is a model that every club should learn from. Have posted before about the massive strides Cardiff have taken in making the match day experience enjoyable for both sets of fans; hopefully other clubs can 'look and learn'! Have always believed that us Welsh are the friendliest people in the UK; we at Swansea have been complimented for our welcome to visiting fans, but seems you are taking it to the next level - good on ya!
