    Excellent stuff by Santon, I like this lad. Quality footballer and he is settling in well. Disappointing result but its pre season and it might be a good kick up the arse for some.

    Looks like he could well be here for the long haul as well...Engaged to an English lass (although not sure if she's Northern, and I'm guessing she has a good grasp of Italian)!

    Not a bad work out for Cardiff but we could have done with some better opposition than newcastle with just a week to go to start of season .

    Our young midefield tore shreads out of the aging newcastle midefield and with out two Olympians to come i expect more goals to come .

    Not a bad performance by Cardiff but after all it was a friendly and we took our foot off the pedal i think after being 3-0 up in 30 mins ....

    Yeah but you're forgetting that they're signing up and coming youngsters like Bellamy, so they could actually make it this season...

    Wish we had a policy where we only signed players aged 26 or below to replace our ageing, heavy legged midfield...

    I see alot of the Toon are upset by their FRIENDLY loss by you John.

    PS ,Bellers would walk in that newcastle side and they would welcome him with open arms but he has come home to the capital ;O)

    Bellamy is still a premiership quality player, he was one of Liverpools best players last year (not saying much mind) and could still do a job for a few teams. He'd be a handy squad player but we wouldn't go there again.

    Problem is, hes a massive ****.
