Usually the kind of game we get unstuck with. Hopefully MM will buck the trend and get us a victory.

Anyone thinking of going? - All going well, i should be there, as it's not too far from me.

I'll be going as well... Only a short(ish) trip down the M1 for me and I have a mate who support 'the borough' as well so should be a decent trip to to a ground I've never been too before <ok>

Sounds like it could be a great start to the season, think I might have to get tickets too.

We have to be careful with these cup matches, and take a realistic look at want we need to do. Our priority has got to be the league, and would think that MM would not attaché to much significance to it in terms of first team involvement, think its a potential banana skin, in terms of taking your eye off the ball so to speak, look no further than Wigan, for many seasons had successful battles with relegation, this year the winning of the cup, could have been a factor in their relegation. So if we did manage to progress well in this cup, we could be cutting our own throat. Preach caution is what I'm saying.

Hear what your saying TS, but Wigan have their name on the trophy and that can never be taken off, now I'm not suggesting we could win a cup next season but a little run and maybe a nice away day would be good fun. Caution maybe yes, but as a fan I do enjoy the cup games.
