The Cambridge City website specifically mentions academy, which at 15 isn't surprising, but just means its more likely it was a decision made by Klug and/or academy staff and isn't necessarily MM looking towards the future. Although in saying that judging by the headlines on the Google search we now have another good goalscoring prospect in the ranks.
