Good to see Callum get 90 minutes under his belt at Faversham. He has a lot of catching up to do
this season. I noticed Josh Pritchard was an unused sub. Says a lot about his status at the club now,
or more precisely the lack of it!

I know you're in a different time zone - but I did say as much in my 'Squad Numbers' thread - unless there are loads of injuries we wont see much of Pritchard and Davies -
on the other hand, I think it says something about the quality we have in the squad - I'm looking forward to seeing JE getting the most out of that quality.

Cometh the hour, cometh the JEDI ! Yes A/R, it is fair to say, close season collective quality and expectations
are much higher than for many years.( Let us pray!) So Callum, Pritch and maybe Hessie Jnr may struggle for selection.

Four or five years ago I thought that Davies/Essam combination would be established in starting eleven by now.
Perhaps with one or the other becoming an embryonic Simon King. Regretfully in the beautiful game you are always
one kick away from early retirement, or simply the victim of a new manager's personal fancy. If we loan Callum to Orient,
the 'Old Amigos' might yet get it together again. An interesting scenario? But is it too late now?
    Whadooyafink?
