What is it with the antics of Sunland - first Meyler and now Elmo. They are probably hoping we step in with the cash for Elmo in the same way we did with Meyler. MON continally goes on record saying he needs to strengthen the squad even after a few decent results that have propelled them out of danger of relegation with a relatively healthy 28 points on the board. Presumably this means Elmo and his like will be let go. He and his Yank owner hold the trump cards for Elmo and they know it - I just pray we get him back in some capacity (at worst at the end of Feb with the 93 day emergency loan scenario) otherwise our ability to beat teams in the play offs (or worse) is fooked.

If we don't get Elmo in the next two days, then we have to wait until end Feb to keep him for the rest of the season, that might well be too late.
