BSOD windows 10

    Having major problems cannot use laptop at all, need to force shutdown so update installs have tried shutdown -s in command prompt but not recognized suggestions?????

    I had a problem with my pc when I upgraded to W10 - just froze on occasions. Couldn't establish any particular input or programme that was causing the problem.

    Uninstalled it and went back to W7. Suggest that's the answer for the time being if you can't establish the cause of the problems.

    Might try W10 in a few months when hopefully there have been more bug fixes.

    Windows 10 has caused me a few hours of pain tonight...and just realised it was my laptop proxy settings <doh>
