Bryan has been in Germany for one day receiving treatment from a medical specialist who a couple of months ago treated some muscular problems that affected him. On his website, he said, âItâs been a positive week. I had been playing for some time with back problems, and so it was necessary to be treated the right way. I have gone to Germany to get some treatment that has been helping me and Iâve felt better. I hope to finish such treatment within a week." He went on to say that the medical specialist thought a possible reason for his back pain is the poor posture he keeps during the extensive trips he has made for a long time between Europe and Costa Rica. âIt is a problem derived from so many trips from Costa Rica to Europe. In the past years it has affected my back, and I have also had certain problems in my back because of my height, so I need to follow some specific work.â The obvious question is why has been continued to be selected (even on the bench) while he was struggling for fitness? Be interesting to hear from Jol tomorrow whether he's being considered for Saturday.
A few months ago when he had an injury I thought it had been reported, he suffered because one of his legs was shorter than the other, so that was why he relied so much on his left foot and I guess it could effect his back.
If he is injured and I wish him all the best for recovery, that means we might start with 10 1/2 players on the pitch instead of the usual 10. And even better If Berba is dropped will start with 11! Can't remember the last time this happened.
So the reason he has been so poor recently is due to his poor posture when flying business class... Do me a favour! I hope he's out until the end of the season
