He's played as a striker, on the left of midfield and te left side of a front 3 at Twente. Not sure he's played as an out and out CM, but he has good feet, maybe it would work.

Bit odd isn't it. As players get more power they're sking for shorter contracts. Look at pobgrenyak. Move to fulham canny wage, decent signing on fee, six months later, move to Reading, canny wage another decent signing on fee.
I think the flanks, both middle and back and up front are the areas the club are looking at.............
