Fear not. The transfer window is upon us

 

Let's face it, if we come out of this transfer window with Ki as our strongest CM, which I fully expect to be the case, we deserve to go down.

 

At least he did it playing football. Remember that time JPF entered that dancing competition, that was embarrassing.

 

Apparently Dummy (Hamstring) has joined Jonjo (Thigh) out in Barcelona this week to try and sort out their respective muscle injuries...

That currently leaves us Diame (if returned from his Hip injury), Hayden and Longstaff. Worse case scenario is on Ssaturday vs Chelsea we acctualyl only have HAyden who wants to leave and Longstaff who's not started a EPL game to play Chelsea with take your pick of U23's on the bench.

 

Putting it like this really brings home what a ridiculous situation we are in. Richie could do a job in CM if we needed him to?

It's gone incredibly quiet since the window opened. We are definitely not signing anyone. You would also have to be crazy to sign for us unless you knew the club was getting sold at the same time.

You never know it might be one of those situations where the new owners announce they have bought the place and reveal Mbappe as their marquee signing.
