In the UK? Is that what you think the protests here are about?

So the protests are actually because a career criminal in America was killed? Wowzers

Yeah he was murdered I agree, he was also a career criminal so I'll rephrase.

During a Pandemic where people are locked indoors these ******s risked peoples lives to protest about an unarmed black man murdered in America? Why?

A career criminal? ... at what age was his first conviction? ... trying to diminish his brutal death because his life wasn't perfect is ****ing tragic ... he'd served punishment for his crime and had moved to a new city to get a fresh start ... plenty of people turn their lives around. Nobody deserves a death like his.

I think he was killed because the cop was over-zealous, perhaps scared, possibly being a prick. I don't think Floyd was killed because he was black.

Do you think Floyd was killed because he was black?

We are self-reflexive and do the work required to dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence

How can anyone actually read that and take them seriously <laugh>

We’re guided by a commitment to dismantle imperialism, capitalism, white-supremacy, patriarchy and the state structures that disproportionately harm black people in Britain and around the world.

Do you agree with this statement?

I am reading your past comments as if you have sympathy for the BLM organisation so apologies if I've misinterpreted.

By all means, I agree that Black lives do matter, but I don't agree with quite obvious identity politics which poses a massive threat to our society as the recent Indy and Brexit referendums show that binary decisions split folk into opposing camps.

That's easy enough ... because some people care about the world we live in and will challenge injustice ... alternatively some are just self centred ****s ... that's the way of the world ... the right wing gammon tend to subscribe to the latter philosophy... you're welcome.
