The message here is beware Morecambe early in the season. They always produce some great results then. Didn't they beat Crawley something like 5-0 early last year and when they came to us it was their first away defeat.

aj is less concerned about the gas early relegation battle, than he is with shrews lack of strike power. i have travelled a long way down to the bargain basement of league 2, god it's a long way down there, to whisper some "encouragement" to the gas who look more and more likely to have the initials bsl after their name next season. floreat salopia!

I've missed the Brizzle banter. What's going on there? Valiant attempt by Chris-Gashead to keep spirits up but that was 2 weeks ago and even he must be throwing in the towel by now. The relegation scrap begins now! And they're such a big club too ... Sorry to hear about Matt Harrold though. I hope he makes a quick and full recovery.
