Not sure if I've put this up...but twice won't make a difference. I've slowly sorted the played column out too but not worked it into this yet. Also bonuses and penalties but not thought how to link as yet. But all good. By the time this game is done, I'll be back at home and have more time to dedicate. Greetings from Lake Garda, where I've got the sailing sorted, at least!!!!
Despite us being the superior team, club and country, i have a horrible feeling this lot will do the same as last year and sneak off with 3 points despite being battered by us. However, I can't bring myself to predict a defeat to them so will go for a scrappy 1-0 to the Bluebirds with Pack notching against his old club. Thanks FFB.
Let's go gung ho!!! Get an early goal, any confidence they might have had will go down the pan. 4.0 to the boys in blue. Moore to notch.
@BluefromBridgend - hey Bluey, I think Dai has hacked your account...... Despite misgivings based upon last season's game, must go for a City win against the old enemy. Pearson is trying to find the right players to fit into his system and I don't think he's there - yet! Blue City 2 - 0 Red City with Ralls getting one of them.
Going to be a good game-we are playing high intense football- a million times better than last season. Just need to start putting the chances away and we will be fine. NP has done well in his signings -Matty James and Rob Atkinson superb players-Andy King already scored. We battered Swansea and the result was not a true reflection of the game. "goals win games" Should have been 3/4 goals up first half-we did not get the rub off the green. Fans were absolutely on the button at Reading-2500 coming over will be a corker. May the best team win.
Hello RR. Not seen much of your games this season, but from what I have, Pearson's acquistiton of his ex Leicester players Matty James and Andy King in midfield could make the difference to your season - that Massengo looks as if he can play a bit as well. No offence mate, but up front and at the back you look crap to me. Having said that, if we can't get some sort of grip in midfield, it'll be set pieces and lofted balls dropped onto Moore's head that'll get us over the line - no difference there then. I'd take that right now at the expense of a free flowing game. I know you keep saying Pearson is building something across there, but at the moment it's results first, football second. Like to say this is going to be an enjoyable football experience whichever way it goes, but where the points go will be all that matters.
