He is not the worst we have had, and for his sign on fee, I think he was a bargain. Unfortunately, the baggage he has, its not the best.

Trouble is he's on about 40 a week. Expensive bargain.

Were they not all under Bruce? But then again, what do footballers want in this day and age? you pays your money , you takes your chances. but his initial fee was cheap. Unfortunately the market dictates. Am no fan of Bruce, but,,, and a big but, he had,,, and will have to compete in the market, an overinflated market, and what could he do, and what can he do in future? Who would YOU have got, and how much of a contract would YOU have given him?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not an easy call is it?

I might have tried playing Kilgallon who I'd earlier signed on about 25 a week! But I take your point.

I would be happy with him gone. Didn't want him in the first place & we have 5 CB ahead of him.

If its true, what other CB do you think will be going???

Yes he has baggage but he's better than Turner Oshea and Killgallon. I seriously doubt he is on 40k a week and Killgallon will not be on 25k

    haha quality <laugh>
I think Bramble will be gone as will Turner imo, Brown O'Shea, Cuellar and Kilgallon would do me fighting it out out for the 2 Centre Half positions

I thought Bramble did OK for us. Alright he has off pitch issues, but on the field, I thought he has done a good job when fit.

Bramble was our best CB by far for a long period, lets not let his off field antics cloud our vision.

Lucky bastardos! Playing wise he's not bad, always has been decent. Bottles the big occasions and his clangers always result in goals. They've reduced over the years but they're still there (as we found out to our benefit). The big problem with Titus will always be his extra curricular activites. The lad has always been a piss head for a start, and invitably this has led to other problems for him. I'll never forget seeing him knock every table as he stumbled out of Scalinis on a Friday night when he was with us. He played the next day, dropped a clanger and I wanted him gone from that moment on.

IMHO MoN saw that Killgallon was bullied by Davies and we conceded two goals, MoN then subbed him, I was not aware he was injured. Mind Davies bullies many CBs. Killa is ok with smaller faster forwards and he is quite skilful. My guess is MoN will only hang onto him as an option not a regular. Similarly with Bramble against the likes of Davies or Mandy Caroline his strength is useful.

However we may now have signed A replacement for them both in Cuellar(?)

Kilgallon is on 16k a week, I used to live next door to him!

Bramble is supposedly on 40k, if needed be though, I think we could get out of his contract for 'bringing the club into disrepute'.

I've never had a problem with Titus the footballer, and I, and I'm sure a few on this board, have met the lad and he seems very decent, but all this **** is too much, and bad for the club.

Agree that he's been surprisingly OK for us, given how bad he was at the mags.

But if he does go I won't be too fussed. Lock up your daughters, Reading!
