Penalties in this league seems to be a joke for Leeds fans and after seeing some that have been awarded this season and some that we have had turned down, which seems to be at least 1 per game, it's really a joke. We have had one penalty in 18 months and the average number of penalties teams can expect normally is a penalty every 7 games, but not for us. This is the number of penalties each team has been awarded this season and you think about some of these teams and where they would sit in the league if they only had 1 penalty this season like us Wigan 8 Forest 7 B/burn 6 WBA 6 Blunts 6 PNE 5 Roth 5 Villa 5 Stoke 5 Nwich 5 Swans 5 Readin 4 Hull 4 Boro 3 Brum 3 Bristol 3 Wall 3 B/Ford 3 QPR 2 Wendy 1 Derby 1 Bolton 1 Leeds 1 So why this season are we not getting nailed on penalties. Tonight Bamford was wrestled to the ground in front of goal and it was ignored. Saiz and Alioski had a reputation earlier for going to ground but this seems to be a vendetta. Why do WBA, Wigan, Forest, Sheff Utd, get so many and yes we saw Gayle get an unfair advantage which gained them a point last night. I think we really need to start asking questions of refs
Bet it's going to get worse these last 14 games, some of the refs are going to be abysmal towards us.
