Just looked on the website and they've been removed from the squad list with articles thanking them for their service to the club -
2 down, Malouda & Meireles to go!

 

Tel--I think Malouda is close to leaving for a Brazilian club! Are we looking to sell Mireiles thoough? I thought he was still part of the squad!

 

I dunno about Meireles mate, I just can't stand him, can't pass the ball for **** but I suppose he's an option coming off the bench (as long as he learns to pass the ball to his team-mates). Fantastic news about Malouda if it's true.

 

Yipee glad they are both gone.

 

For all their faults both were a big part of our CL win and other successes. Thanks to both.

I'm happy they have both gone but thankful for their occasional services.. For me we just need to ditch Malouda and bring in a few ne faces. A right back and an attacker/winger.

 

Other than Hazard and Marin you mean?

 

Yep... Now that Drogba has gone I reckon we need some sort of striker as a back up to Torres or to play alongside him. I'm looking forward to seeing Marin in action. A bit of an under the radar signing who could be a great transfer.

 

Need Essien to go as well, as much as i love him i know he'll never be able to get back to anything like his old form and its a liability having him in the team unfortunately and we are paying him 100k a week and we could really do with getting him off the wage bill

 

With Malouda gone, that leaves two wingers. We definitely need to replace Malouda.

 

Maybe we'll give Kakuta or De Bryune a shot.

In - Marin,Hazard,Hulk,Moses,RB and one of Modric/Sahin/Moutinho

We'll then have another CM, a versatile player ( Hulk can play rw or striker ) new rb, loads of winger options.

 

Why Sturridge?
We haven't even given him a chance to play in his position yet. He should be Torres replacement when needed.

Because Sturridge is cack and selfish, arrogant, does no work for the team, dont care about the shirt only the £££, dont know the meaning of the word passion, is argumentative, a bad character to have in the dressing room, doesn't defend, doesn't back-track, doesn't pass and is overall a ****

 

I don't rate Kakuta.. Maybe De Bruyne will get a shot but I still feel we need one more class attacker...

 

And was the only one scoring goals at the start of the season.

 

I don't think Sturrdige should go. He did well last season and is a good back up...

 

I'd bet a lot of money that either of those won't be playing, it was already mentioned that De Bruyne would go out on loan again this season when we signed him and Kakuta still isn't good enough imo. Of course I'd rather give De Bruyne a shot but even so, is he good enough to replace Hazard or Marin if an injury were to occur?
