Or stop sticking by certain players who don't do it consistently and give somebody else a chance to be inconsistent (or not)

Good point SD. Too simple it seems. As has already been said when micks seemingly curious selections work all good but when it backfires we do question it. And why not. Thàts what we do. Not only are we fickle but also passionate about our club.
Btw. Is anyone heading down to Somerset Tuesday for the game.

Surely it's time to recall Hewitt and put him on the right. Our season is in effect over, so we should start playing our youngsters now, especially as we have nothing to lose.

" Our season is in effect over "

People do make me laugh. We're only four points away!!! Look at the run Wigan are on, 8 wins 1 draw 1 defeat in 10. Their fans would have been saying the same 10 days back.

Lets see what happens at Yeovil/Wigan home game first before completely writing a season off. Mick usually gets a performance when we've been very poor which is the signs of a good manager. Changes will be made Tuesday, funny feeling Williams and Anderson may start in a 4-4-2 with Nouble as sub. Now we simply HAVE to win, I think the shackles will be off Tuesday and we may be quite an attacking force.

We've played 3/4 for goodness sake, I didn't realise the league campaign was over then.

I think this is it. Whilst some of the players who have been left out regularly haven't exactly ripped up any trees when they've come some of the players in the team haven't exactly ripped up any trees but are in the team every week. Surely it's better to play players like Hewitt at RB and Anderson on the RW instead of putting central players wide who don't ever exactly excel in those positions. I've not seen anything really from Hewitts first few performances to see that he is any worse defensively and certainly going forward over Chambers.
